Our learning platform is delivered using Thinkific, which provides user accounts, course hosting, and learning tools.
2. Eligibility
To use The Shift, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter a contract
- Create an account with accurate and up-to-date information
- Comply with these Terms
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused or information has been provided inaccurately.
3. Your Account and Security
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login details confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Informing us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access
We may suspend accounts that appear compromised or used inappropriately.
4. Payments
Payments for The Shift courses or products are processed securely through Stripe.
By enrolling, you agree to provide accurate billing information.
We do not store your card details.
Refunds
We operate in line with UK consumer law for digital services:
- Refunds are available before course content has been accessed
- Once you access any digital content, your right to cancel may be limited
We may offer goodwill refunds at our discretion.
5. Use of Our Content
All content available through The Shift — including videos, downloads, worksheets, brand assets, graphics, course materials, text, learning modules, and digital products — is owned by Vercium Global FZ-LLC and protected by intellectual property law.
You may not:
- Share your account with others
- Download content for distribution
- Reproduce, copy, resell, modify, or republish our content
- Use our materials for commercial purposes without permission
You may:
- Download materials for your own personal use
- Use the content solely for your private learning and development
Any breach may result in immediate removal of access without refund.
